Description
During this gastronomic experience we will visit one of the most important food markets in Zaragoza. We will then learn how to prepare some delicious dishes of Spanish gastronomy, which we will also taste together during lunch. We will explore the Central Food Market of Zaragoza, meet the local vendors and buy fresh ingredients for the cooking class. After getting all the necessary ingredients, we will continue to a Cooking Club near the market, where we will be taught the best tips and tricks to prepare delicious dishes. The cooking class is based on family recipes and we will also learn how to pair them with local wines from the Aragon region. At the end of the class we will sit down to relax and enjoy the dishes we have prepared in good company, with good local music and good wine!
What we are going to do?
Culinary experience combined with the discovery of artisan and traditional markets in the city of Zaragoza. Tasting of local food and good local wine, while learning how to cook some typical Spanish dishes.
