We go into Valladolid to discover the winery El Hilo de Ariadna, belonging to the Grupo de Bodegas y Viñedos Yllera, who have recovered this unique space that pays tribute to the admirable cultural heritage of the Villa de Rueda, located in the south of the province, in the heart of Castilla y León. With a great winemaking tradition, the Villa de Rueda is home to a large number of wineries that have been lost, victims of abandonment or collapse. The Yllera family, in their eagerness to recover history and tradition, have been rescuing these wineries, intertwining one with another and discovering a real labyrinth along the way. A perfect union between art, culture, history, mythology and wine through a beautiful analogy between the well-known myth of the Minotaur and the world of wine, through the intricate labyrinth of wineries that runs through the depths of the Villa de Rueda.
