Description
The Teide National Park is the largest in the Canary Islands. It is an excursion not to be missed by anyone visiting Tenerife. A unique landscape of craters, volcanoes and rivers of petrified lava surrounding the impressive silhouette of the volcano, which rises to an altitude of 3,718 metres and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2007. With this experience you will have the opportunity to cross 2,400 metres of the volcano's total altitude in a comfortable, entertaining and relaxed way, passing through the villages of Arona, La Escalona and Villaflor. Crossing the Corona Forestal Natural Park to the first viewpoint, called Boca de Tauce, where the landscape changes completely, going from lush pine forests to an arid lunar landscape caused by the lava emanating from the volcanic eruption, always with the imposing Teide as a backdrop.
What we are going to do?
We will do a 4 hours guided quad tour around the most impressive landscapes of the Teide Natural Park. The experience starts with the pick-up at the accommodation (only in the south of Tenerife) and a short introduction to the handling of the quad and safety. The route goes first through Las Chafiras, passing through the village of Las Zocas, San Miguel, Cho Pancho and taking a break in Vilaflor, where we can taste a typical coffee called ''Barraquito'' and rest for about 20 minutes. After the break, we will return to the "TF21" road towards the Teide National Park, stopping at the Boca Tauce viewpoint to take some pictures of the incredible volcanological landscapes and get information about the creation of this spectacular place.

The price per "person" is for Quads for single use. The price per "vehicle" corresponds to double quads with 1 driver and 1 passenger (only one person can drive the quad without the possibility of taking turns with the passenger). The minimum age as a passenger is 7 years old and 18 years old as a driver. The experience includes pick-up in the south of Tenerife. If you are staying in a different area you will have to go directly to the meeting point. Once the booking is confirmed we will contact you to arrange the pick-up. It is important to arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of the activity.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity starts. If you cancel under this time or do not show up, you will not be refunded.
