Description

Spain is the world's leading producer of olive oil, or as it is commonly known, the "liquid gold". For its part, Andalusia has been the main region in the world that has produced the most olive oil. We will visit a typical Andalusian hacienda located in the province of Seville to discover all the secrets hidden in a centenary olive oil mill. In addition, we will learn the secrets of the olive tree and the oil, a tradition that dates back to time immemorial and that had a specific weight from the seventeenth century onwards.

What we are going to do?

We will take a guided tour of the estate where we will see a traditional oil mill, the land dedicated to olive growing, the olive oil extraction process and, finally, we will have a tasting and pairing of extra virgin olive oil.
