Guided visit to the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville
Description
The Seville Museum of Fine Arts was created by Royal Order on 16 September 1835 as the "Museum of Paintings". In 1839, the current headquarters, La Merced, was chosen from among several disentailed convent buildings, and was officially inaugurated in 1841. In this 90-minute guided tour of the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville you will discover painting and sculpture through various works. Highlighting among others the figure of the illustrious Sevillian painter Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, we will bring visitors closer to the most famous works, both by him and by other artists of Spanish and European painting, brought together in the same museum.
