Description
Seville Cathedral is a monument of unusual architectural complexity, where each period has left its mark without erasing the imprint of those that preceded it. During the visit we will enjoy the tour of its central naves of Gothic design, where we will be able to contemplate the largest altarpiece in Christendom, a spectacular Baroque organ with more than 7,000 pipes and the tomb with the mortal remains of Christopher Columbus. We will visit the most interesting chapels, where we will discover works of art by great painters and sculptors, precious objects of gold and silverwork and a magnificent fresco, a masterpiece of Italian Mannerism in Seville, which features a colossal St. Christopher. We will also hear stories and legends of the kings, explorers and other characters who set foot in the Cathedral. Finally, we can climb the Giralda Tower, the old minaret of the Almohad mosque, from where the best views of Seville's old quarter can be seen.
What we are going to do?
We will take a 75-minute guided tour of the Cathedral of Seville, in a small group of only 15 people and accompanied by an official guide. We will discover this religious temple of impressive dimensions and different architectural styles, the largest altarpiece in Christendom, the Tomb of Christopher Columbus and a multitude of magnificent sculptures, paintings and gold and silver work. Once the guided tour is over, we can stay inside to climb the bell tower, La Giralda, the remains of the minaret of an ancient mosque.

Important
The Cathedral does not allow access with tank tops, shorts or flip-flops. The Giralda Tower is not accessible for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance. The "Retired" fare will only apply to those over 65 years of age.
