Learn how to make a classic Italian pizza in this workshop with a local chef. All in all, take the opportunity to have a great time, have fun, record the best memories and learn something new! Pizza is an Italian symbol and is prepared with simple ingredients and a bit of creativity. In this workshop you will learn theoretical and practical issues (working the dough, ingredients, timing and different ways of kneading).
What we are going to do?
Homemade Italian pizza creation workshop with professional chef that takes place in a beautiful and typical cosy restaurant located in the centre of Rome, very close to Piazza Navona. The chef "pizzaiolo" will provide you with all the necessary ingredients and equipment. You only need to bring your enthusiasm. He will assist you during the whole class and will give you all the indications to make your pizza. In fact, you will learn all the tricks of the trade to create a tasty homemade pizza dough. The first part of the class will focus on preparing the dough from scratch (flour and water). Afterwards, you will create and bake your own pizza. You will be able to choose the ingredients to create your favourite pizza or one of the most famous pizzas such as Margherita or Marinara. Finally, you can sit back, relax and enjoy tasting your homemade pizza with a nice glass of wine.
