Llaüt (typical boat) ride along the coast of Menorca
Description
Sail along the coast of Menorca in a 10-metre Menorcan llaüt. The trip starts in the beautiful bay of Fornells and the route will take you through the hidden coves in the north of the island. Discover the Cavallería lighthouse, the beaches of Cavallería and Sa Llosa, as well as coves and unspoilt beaches such as Pregonda, Tosqueta and Cala Pudent, among others. One of the advantages of sailing along the north coast is that this is where the Marine Reserve of Menorca is located. This means that the area is more protected and therefore there is more diversity of flora and fauna.
What we are going to do?
Navigation of 3 and a half hours aboard a typical Balearic boat, a 10-metre long llaüt. During the trip there are two stops of approximately 30 minutes to swim, snorkel and discover the marine fauna of the reserve. The boat has a comfortable bathing platform and a solarium for sunbathing. In addition, you will have at your disposal complete snorkelling equipment and two paddle surf boards to enjoy the day to the fullest. To complete the experience, you can enjoy a typical Menorcan aperitif accompanied by a refreshing drink.
Itinerary
Depending on the sea and wind conditions, the captain of the boat will decide whether it is better to sail east or west. Don't worry because in both directions you have beautiful landscapes and beaches. If we go east you can discover: Cabra Salada, Cala Pudent, Savinar de Mongofre and s'Arenet de s'Enclusa. If we go west we will visit: Cala Viola, the Cavalleria lighthouse, Cala Pregonda and Cavalleria beach.
