Description
A diving baptism is the best way to dive for the first time and experience the wonderful feeling of weightlessness in the underwater environment. With this first dive you will learn how to breathe underwater with a regulator, as well as other basic aspects of diving, and you will see if you would like to go deeper. But your adventure doesn't end here, with this pack you will have a second chance to enjoy the sensations that the freedom of being in the sea gives us and at the same time discover this wonderful island from a different point of view. Paddle Surf or SUP is a booming activity that attracts from the youngest to the oldest and is a perfect way to practice sport while enjoying the corners of the coast of Menorca in the company of your friends, family or partner.
What we are going to do?
We will start with a brief theoretical explanation in which you will learn the basic techniques to get by in the water: handling the equipment, signs to communicate underwater, flapping, breathing... Then we will go to the beach, where we will gradually get into the water practising the skills discussed on the surface. We will finish the dive enjoying a peaceful underwater walk. Once the dive is over, we will be able to enjoy the rental of the paddle surfboards for two hours.
