Description
In the middle of the bay of Palma de Mallorca, halfway between Palma and Andratx, Puerto Portals opens up to the sea as the most prestigious nautical and leisure complex in the Mediterranean. The beach of Portals Vells (also known as Sa Caleta) and Cala del Mago are remote beaches located in the southwest of the island, surrounded by an extensive pine forest. Cala del Mago is one of the most beautiful coves on the island and the nudist beach of Mallorca par excellence together with Es Trenc. It is an isolated beach of medium occupancy and calm waters and has been the setting for films and the source of hundreds of legends. It is an ideal cove for the whole family due to the shallow depth of the shore, and a favourite destination for dozens of boats that find in this paradise a refuge from the wind and waves. Thanks to the transparency of the water and the existence of large meadows of posidonia, it is the perfect place to put on your snorkelling goggles and marvel at the seabed, as well as being able to do any other water activity that will allow you to enjoy a wonderful natural environment. An idyllic place to feel, relax and enjoy.
What we are going to do?
We will meet in Puerto Portals, from where we will start our tour. Before we begin, we will have a short introduction to the handling of the jet ski and the instructor will give us some safety instructions. The experience lasts 60 minutes and is ideal for those adventurous people who want to discover some of the best landscapes of the Bay of Palma in a fun way. We will sail across the bay towards Illetas, skirting the coast until we reach the islet of Sa Porrassa, passing beautiful coves and caves on the way. We will continue our route towards Punta Negra, where we will stop for a refreshing swim in crystal clear waters and take some beautiful photos of this spectacular natural environment, before returning to the starting point.
