Description
We will sail directly to the port of the Cabrera National Park, where we can enjoy several hours of free time in an idyllic setting, with spectacular scenery and crystal-clear waters. To complete the day, we will get back on board the boat to visit and swim in the spectacular Blue Cave. As main points of interest in the Cabrera National Park, we highlight the Cabrera Castle (a fortification declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, whose first reference dates back to the year 1410) from which you can contemplate breathtaking views. The monument in honour of the French soldiers (prisoners between 1809 and 1811), the picturesque port canteen, the lighthouse of N'Enciola (a beautiful 3-hour excursion), "Na Picamosques", the Museum of Cabrera and many other hiking routes that will make this experience the best of your holidays.
What we are going to do?
Boat trip to the island of Cabrera. We will leave the port of Colonia de Sant Jordi, on the south coast of Mallorca, and sail to the Archipelago of Cabrera. Once we arrive at the island, we will sail for a while more around the surrounding islets until we reach the port of Cabrera, where we will disembark. At the port we will be met by guides from the National Park Interpretation Service, who will give us all the information we need to get around the park and explain which hiking routes we can take if we wish. We will have several hours of free time to visit the island from land and, at the indicated time, we will embark again and go to the Blue Cave, where, weather permitting, we will enter to take a refreshing swim inside. Finally, we will leave the cave and return directly to the port of Colonia de Sant Jordi.
