Description
Gibraltar, a British Overseas Territory located on a small peninsula at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, bordering only Spain. It is historically recognised as the southernmost point in Europe and is also strategically located at the western end of the Mediterranean, forming one of the ancient Pillars of Hercules. The rock is mainly Jurassic limestone about 200 million years old. Discover the best of the Strait of Gibraltar with this cruise on board an observation boat and experience a unique adventure in the middle of nature surrounded by dolphins. You will also have time to visit Gibraltar and enjoy breathtaking views of Spain and Morocco.
What we are going to do?
We will depart from Malaga and other locations on the Costa del Sol early in the morning where a coach will be waiting for us to take us to Gibraltar. Once the coach arrives in Gibraltar, we will enjoy some free time to explore the city at our own pace. At the appointed time, we will meet back at the Ocean Village Harbour to board the boat and begin our adventure. We will sail aboard a boat with the highest reputation in Gibraltar, where the highly experienced staff will take us to the spots where we are most likely to encounter these aquatic mammals. The cruise lasts around 90 minutes and will allow us to enjoy the wildlife and a wonderful dolphin experience. After the boat trip, we will have free time again to enjoy Gibraltar, do some shopping or simply stroll through its streets to discover its history and culture. At the end of the day, we will take the buses back to our departure points.
