Description
Manufactured between 1950 and 1980, these wonderful vintage bicycles are ideal for those looking for a pleasant ride, without too much physical effort and combining both the historical and nostalgic essence. The tour starts at the large Praça do Comércio and continues through the bike path towards Belém along the Tagus River. During this trip, you will have the opportunity to witness the Monument to the Discoveries, a symbol of the Age of Exploration that changed the world.
What we are going to do?
Guided tour of Lisbon on classic bikes. A full 3-hour tour that starts at the famous Praça do Comércio and follows the Tagus path along its bike lane to Belém. In Belém, we will admire two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Bélem Tower and the Jeronimos Monastery, which we will enter to visit its magnificent church. We will also pass through the Belém Gardens, the immense Presidential Palace and the modern National Carriage Museum. And once the spirit has been nourished, it will be time to feed the body with the tasty "Pastéis de Belém", typical Portuguese sweets, which we can taste in the most famous confectionery of the city.
