Hiking in the Natural Park of the Volcanoes, Lanzarote
The Natural Park of the Volcanoes surrounds the Timanfaya National Park and is a unique setting on Lanzarote. The volcanic eruptions of 1730 that hit Lanzarote for 6 years changed the configuration of the island and left a unique volcanic landscape known worldwide. This fact, together with the degree of environmental protection that the area enjoys, make this route a chromatic gift that is difficult to forget. During the route we will be able to see the processes and forms created by the action of the volcanoes: lava fields, ashes, craters, tunnels, furnaces and an exceptional palette of colours ranging from the most intense red to black, passing through an infinite range of greys and ochres.
What we are going to do?

The experience includes a pick-up service to take us to the starting point of our hiking route. As we walk through the landscapes shaped by the action of lava, we will learn how the craters, tunnels and cones that the different volcanic eruptions forged in past centuries originated in a natural way.
