Catamaran trip to La Graciosa island from Lanzarote
Description
The island of La Graciosa is probably one of the few places in Europe where there are still no tarmac roads or pollution, just sandy streets and paths that you can only walk or cycle along. It is the most unknown of the Canary Islands and the most serene. Just thirty minutes by boat from Lanzarote you will find a true paradise. Unspoilt beaches of golden sand in a volcanic landscape surrounded by turquoise waters and white houses, in a fishing village where time seems to have stood still. A perfect oasis of tranquillity and relaxation where you can breathe nature from all sides.
What we are going to do?
We will meet at the Port of Órzola (north of Lanzarote), where we will board a regular ferry that will take us to the island of La Graciosa. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once in La Graciosa, we will enjoy a guided tour of the most important urban centre of the small island, Caleta de Sebo, accompanied by the guide (although we will also have the possibility of touring it on our own). After an hour, we will board the luxurious catamaran, where we will be welcomed with a mojito and a "pincho de tortilla" (Spanish omelette). We will sail along the south coast of La Graciosa without losing sight of the silhouette of Lanzarote and we will anchor in a small hidden paradise, Playa Francesa, where we will be able to get off for a swim or to practice different water activities. On board the catamaran we will enjoy an exquisite freshly made paella and an open bar. Afterwards, we will sail back on the catamaran to the Caleta de Sebo dock, where we will board the regular ferry to Puerto de Órzola, in Lanzarote.
