Description
Iberian ham comes from the Iberian breed of pig, highly appreciated in Spanish gastronomy and recognised all over the world. Iberian pigs are raised in the wild in wooded pastures, where they eat acorns.
What we are going to do?
We will take a guided tour of the facilities of the livestock farm dedicated to the production of ham. We will also enjoy a walk through the land to get to know the pig in its rearing process and discover the natural environment that gives the Iberian ham its special flavour. Finally, we can enjoy a ham tasting.
