Description
L'Estartit was a small fishing village until the first tourists began to arrive in the late 1950s. Today it is one of the most important tourist towns on the Costa Brava. The village is located in a privileged place between two areas that stand out for their great beauty. On the one hand we find the "Platja Gran" (the big beach) with more than 5km of fine sand and shallow waters, a perfect beach to enjoy with the family. And on the other hand, the treasure of L'Estartit, the small archipelago of the Medes Islands, with a surface area of 21 hectares and formed by seven islets and some rocks. They are located barely a mile off the coast and constitute an area of extraordinary biological and ecological value due to the variety of marine species.
What we are going to do?
The experience departs from the city of Girona, where we will meet at our accommodation or at the agreed meeting point. From there, we will travel to L'Estartit, where our "pirate adventure" will take place. We will take a ride on the "Corsari Negre", a schooner type boat built by hand with tropical wood as the old pirate ships were built. An adventure around the Medes Islands, entering secret caves and discovering the Mediterranean landscape of the Costa Brava. The boat trip will also allow us to take a swim in a quiet cove and have a refreshment on board. Once we reach dry land, we'll need to recharge our batteries. We can choose a good restaurant from the varied gastronomic offer in L'Estartit. After lunch we can relax on the beach or stroll around the village before returning to Girona, where the excursion will come to an end.

The pick-up point will be confirmed 48 hours before the day of the activity. If you are arriving to Girona from Barcelona or any other city, you can be picked up at Girona train station. Lunch is not included in the price of the activity.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. If you cancel under this time or do not show up, you will not be refunded.
