Description
Come and visit a traditional family winery in the Albacete area. You will be welcomed and given a brief explanation about the history of the project, framed in the culture of the area. We will then go inside the winery and discover the winemaking process. Bobal projects for reds and Tardana for whites. In addition, the winery carries out projects for the recovery of blended plots and singular varieties in danger of extinction, and these processes will be explained to us in detail so that we can get to know them in depth. At the end of the visit, there will be a tasting of 3 of the winery's wines, representing the main native varieties they produce. Each of the wines tasted will be discussed in depth and sensations will be shared.
What we are going to do?
Visit to a winery. Presentation of the project, explanation of how the wines are made and tasting of 3 wines produced by the winery.
